There will be live cooking demonstrations at Ag in the City on Saturday, March 17 at 12:00 pm and Sunday, March 18 at 1:00 pm.
On Saturday, Chef Peter Ecker and Ace Burpee will host A Medley of Manitoba Foods, featuring an abundance of Manitoba’s finest home-grown foods. Recipes whipped up will include food provided by:

- Dairy Farmers of Manitoba
- Manitoba Egg Farmers
- Manitoba Chicken Producers
- Manitoba Mushroom Growers Association
- Manitoba Pulse Growers Association

- Manitoba Turkey Producers
On Sunday, Chef Mary-Jane Feeke will be preparing several Manitoba foods for the Canadian Climate Advantage Diet culinary demonstration.
